Sheikh Mohammed's Darley Stud Management announced fees of £30,000 (approximately $46,400) for two of its English stallions, Fantastic Light and Halling. The former won last year's Breeders' Cup Turf (gr. IT) and was North America's champion grass male. The outfit also announced a fee of £25,000 ($38,600) for Singspiel and a private fee for Machiavellian, sire of international major winner Street Cry. All four stallions stand at Dalham Hall Stud near Newmarket.
Darley's prominent Irish-based stallions, In the Wings and King's Best, will stand at Kildangan Stud. In the Wings, the 1990 Turf winner, will stand for $40,000 euros ($39,100), and King's Best will hold court for 35,000 euros ($34,200).
