D'wildcat, who was double-entered in the NAPA Breeders' Cup Sprint (gr. I) and NetJets Mile (gr. IT) but expected to start in Saturday's Sprint (gr. I), will probably not ship from California for the race.

The 4-year-old Forest Wildcat colt has not been declared out, but he missed his initial flight because of a fever and now has developed a cough.

Owned by Fog City Stable and trained by Bob Hess Jr., D'wildcat most recently finished eighth in the Oak Tree Breeders' Cup Mile (gr. II). Prior to that, he finished second but was elevated to first via disqualification in the Live The Dream Handicap.
