The final session of Keeneland's RNA Internet Auction sold 3 of 62 yearlings offered for a total 25,000, or an average price of $8,333. This year is the first time the Lexington, Ky., sales company offered buyers a second chance at horses that did not bring reserve prices during the recent 13-day September sale.

Yearlings were offered through three online sessions held Sept. 16, 20, and 25. Out of a total 230 horses offered, 13 horses found new homes. They sold for a combined $500,200, or an average price of $38,477. The Internet auction sale-topper was a bay colt by Storm Cat-Refinancing that sold for $187,000 to Three Chimneys Farm. The colt was consigned by Paternostro and Herbener sales agency.
