You, a winner of four grade I races this year, will not race again in 2002, according to a report in the Daily Racing Form. Trainer Robert Frankel told the Form he wants to rest the daughter of You and I so he has a fresh horse in 2003.

This year You won the grade I Acorn, Santa Anita Oaks, Test, and Las Virgenes Stakes. Twice she was second in grade I races, including last Saturday's Spinster in which she finished 2 1/2 lengths behind the winner.

You is owned by Edmund Gann. The filly is a top contender for an Eclipse Award in the 3-year-old filly division.
