Seven classy fillies and mares will face off in the $500,000 Overbrook Spinster (gr. I) over nine furlongs Sun., Oct. 6 at Keeneland.

You, conditioned by Hall of Famer Bobby Frankel, has won a trio of grade I races this year, and though her ability to get a distance may be a question, her courage isn't. "She worked 3/8s and did it easy," Frankel said. "She's very sharp."

Fellow Hall of Famer Ron McAnally sends out Printemps, who worked a fast four panels in :49 2/5 Friday. The 5-year-old was a fast-closing third in last year's edition of the Spinster.

Take Charge Lady, from the Ken McPeek barn, is undefeated in Keeneland stakes, capturing the Walmac Int'l Alcibiades at 2 and winning the Ashland this year. She was second most recently in the Gazelle Handicap at Belmont.

The field for the Overbrook Spinster, in post position order with jockeys:

1) Atelier (Eibar Coa)
2) Printemps (Robby Albarado)
3) Dancethruthedawn (Jerry Bailey)
4) Take Charge Lady (Edgar Prado)
5) You (Kent Desormeaux)
6) Lakenheath (Chris Emigh)
7) Victory Ride (Pat Day)
