Theatrical's Fee Drops $25,000

John Sikura's Hill 'n' Dale Farms announced a reduction in the fee for prominent stallion Theatrical. His fee has been reduced from $100,000 to $75,000 for the 2003 breeding season. Theatrical, who has stood the past two breeding seasons at the Lexington farm, is represented by the earners of $3 million this year.

Two other prominent Central Kentucky stallions suffered slight drops in their fees. Red Ransom, who stands at Tom Simon's Vinery near Lexington, will stand in 2003 for $45,000, down $5,000 from his 2002 fee,

Meadowlake, who holds court at Darby Dan Farm (John Phillips, managing partner) near Lexington, will stand next year for $20,000. His 2002 fee was $25,000.
