First Stakes Winner for Grade I Winner Ordway

Claiborne Farm stallion Ordway was represented by his first stakes winner when his daughter Ordinary Paula won the Sept. 24 Juvenile Stakes at Fort Erie. The filly ran the six furlongs in 1:13.39 to win by a half-length for her second straight win. Ordway (Salt Lake--Priceless Countess, by Vaguely Noble) scored his grade I win in the Champagne Stakes.
