Susan Moore's Voodoo, nominated to Sept. 21's Vosburgh Handicap (gr. I) at seven furlongs, breezed three furlongs in :37 the morning of Sept. 18 for trainer Jimmy Jerkens on the training track. The 4-year-old Petionville gelding halted a five-race losing streak with a Saratoga allowance victory on Aug. 3 at the Vosburgh distance.

Jerkens also sent out Haggs Castle, who went a half-mile in :49 4/5, breezing over the training track. The 4-year-old Husband colt will likely start in the $75,000 Ashley T. Cole Handicap for 3-year-old and up New York-breds at nine furlongs on the turf on the Vosburgh undercard.

A final Jerkens charge, Dat You Miz Blue, went five furlongs in 1:01, breezing as she prepped for the $100,000 Noble Damsel Handicap (gr. IIIT) for fillies and mares at a mile , also on the Sept. 21 card.
