Storm Day, a graded stakes-placed half-brother to Brian's Time, has been sold to stand at stud next year at Clear Creek Stud near Folsom, La. No stud fee was announced for the son of Storm Cat--Kelley's Day, by Graustark.

The 5-year-old horse has won four of 20 starts and earned $197,908. He was bred and raced by the Phillips Racing Partnership and trained by Carl Nafzger.

Storm Day finished second in the Turfway Park Fall Championship Stakes (gr. III) last year and also ran third in the Warfield Stakes at Keeneland and Governor's Stakes at Ellis Park.

His half-brother, Brian's Time, is one of the leading sires in Japan.
