Zippy Chippy lost the 94th consecutive horse race of his career Saturday at Northfield.

He finished seventh in a field of eight at odds of 6-1 in a $3,100 maiden affair.

Zippy Chippy, who recently outran a baseball player in an exhibition, "broke well, checked on the inside on the first turn, bore out on the second turn and tired, according to the chart of the race."
