The Todd Pletcher-trained duo of Trippi and More Than Ready are both likely to be entered to run against older horses in the $300,000 Vosburgh Stakes (gr. I) at Belmont Park.

"I'd rather not run them against each other, but it's looking more and more like that's what's going to happen," the conditioner said. "I'd still like to keep all our options open." Both colts are also nominated to Saturday's one-mile Jerome Handicap (gr. II) at Belmont.

Also pointing toward a start in the Vosburgh is Starview Stable's Successful Appeal, who was placed first in the A.G. Vanderbilt Handicap (gr. II) after Intidab was disqualified and placed second. The 4-year-old Valid Appeal colt finished third in his most recent race, the Forego Handicap (gr. II) at Saratoga.

"He got real good this time last year," said trainer John Kimmel. "I think he will go out and have a good effort."

The Vosburgh is a seven-furlong race won last year by Artax.
