Dixiana Farm near Lexington, and Gardens Glen Farm near Midway, Ky., are for sale.Mary Lou Wibel acquired Dixiana Farm in 1986. The 305-acre farm has a main residence, six employee houses, and seven horse barns with 75 stalls. Among the Thoroughbreds raised at the farm were Domino, Herzog, and Himyar.Justice Real Estate has listed Dixiana at $5 million.Kim and John Glenney are asking $2 million for Gardens Glen Farm, which has an 11,000-square-foot house, six-stall barn, and flower gardens on 18.85 acres. It also is listed with Justice Real Estate.
