Dixiana, Gardens Glen For Sale in Kentucky

Dixiana Farm near Lexington, and Gardens Glen Farm near Midway, Ky., are for sale.

Mary Lou Wibel acquired Dixiana Farm in 1986. The 305-acre farm has a main residence, six employee houses, and seven horse barns with 75 stalls. Among the Thoroughbreds raised at the farm were Domino, Herzog, and Himyar.

Justice Real Estate has listed Dixiana at $5 million.

Kim and John Glenney are asking $2 million for Gardens Glen Farm, which has an 11,000-square-foot house, six-stall barn, and flower gardens on 18.85 acres. It also is listed with Justice Real Estate.
