Adena Buys Interest in Unbeaten Greatness

Frank Stronach's Adena Springs has bought a 10% interest in unbeaten 3-year-old Greatness from Ed and Marilyn Seltzer. Bred and raced by the couple, Greatness (Mr. Prospector--Harbour Club, by Danzig) won at six furlongs in 1:09.59 at Belmont Park in May in his first start. He then registered a 108 Beyer Speed Figure in a 10 1/2-length allowance win in 1:14.65 for 6 1/2 furlongs a month later. He is scheduled to make his third start in the Aug. 3 Amsterdam Stakes (gr. II) at six furlongs at Saratoga under trainer Allen Jerkins.
