Grade II winner Lasting Approval was represented by his first winner when his son Four R Approval won June 25 at Delaware Park in his first start. Bred by Diane Perkins' Wimborne Farm, the colt went five furlongs in 1:01.39 for owner Joann Smith. Lasting Approval (With Approval--La Gueriere, by Lord At War) is owned by Wimborne and stands at John T.L. Jones Jr.'s Walmac International near Lexington.
